Awareness Training is provided for those involved in the separation process. This seminar provides managers with information that reduces the trauma usually associated with terminations. The managers’ stress level can be reduced; a consistent message is communicated across the organization; legal risks are reduced for the employer; and the level of anger on the part of terminated employees can be lessened.
