Outplacement Workshops For Salaried/Exempt Personnel
Career Transitions Programs
Ancilliary Programs
| |
- First Transitions will provide salaried/exempt personnel with a two-day workshop that covers the entire job search process with a degree of involvement consistent with the needs of these employees. This workshop will emphasizes: stress management, and the development of a positive mental attitude; time/financial planning; skills analysis; resume development; establishing a network; the campaign; sharpening communication skills; interviewing practice; negotiation skills.
|
| |
- We recommend dividing your salaried/exempt employee population into groups of eight participants each. No more than 12 is preferred.
|
| |
- The participants should also be provided with limited individual career coaching/counseling. Four hours per person is typically sufficient. During these sessions, we work with individual concerns, finalize objectives and the resume, establish campaign strategy and take the person through a detailed practice interview.
|
| |
- Additional individual counseling or phone assistance is available at the request of the participant. There is no additional charge for ongoing phone contact.
