Outplacement Workshops For Hourly/Non-Exempt Personnel
Career Transitions Programs
Ancilliary Programs
| |
- First Transitions will provide hourly/non-exempt personnel with eight hours of workshop time covering the entire job search process. This workshop will emphasize: the need for a positive mental attitude; time/financial budgeting; skills analysis; resume development; the job search — who and how to contact; communications; do's and don’ts of interviewing; wage and benefit checklist.
|
| |
- The optimum size of the workshop is 8 – 12 participants.
|
| |
- The participants should also be provided with limited individual counseling (one-on-one). We estimate 2 hours will be sufficient to finalize the resume, discuss campaign approaches, and conduct a practice interview.
|
| |
- Additional phone assistance is available on request of the participant. There is no additional charge for ongoing phone contact.
