The First Transitions’ Senior Executive Career Transition Program is individualized and covers all of the elements required for an effective personal marketing campaign. The program includes personal counseling sessions which emphasize major strategic phases: Personal Assessment and Evaluation; Campaign Objectives and Strategy; Resume and Correspondence Development; Interviewing and Presentation Skills; and Campaign Implementation. The counseling relationship is further enhanced with emotional support and ongoing review and analysis of campaign progress.
The client is supported by a full complement of administrative services including office space, resume, stationery and envelope printing, word processing and on-line databases. Progress reports are provided to client sponsors in accordance with the requirements of the sponsoring company. First Transitions provides professional coaching and career counseling from the date of termination until he/she is re-employed. In addition, in keeping with our desire for providing value added service, and our commitment to the successful transition of the executive, we provide an additional month of coaching that is designed to support the executive’s successful assimilation into the new organization.
