Craig Eberts joins First Transitions with over 30 years of experience in Operations and Production Management with Continental Can Company, White Cap, Inc., and J.L. Clark. In these positions he was responsible for the overall management of multiple manufacturing, operations and production departments, with his primary focus on the day-to-day operations and continual customer development. In these roles he has led and developed numerous individual mentoring and group training programs to further enhance the careers and skills of exempt and non-exempt employees.
Craig is experienced in facilitating group workshops, one-on-one counseling and various remote programs. In addition, he has created custom programs for unique organizational employee populations and situations. In these situations, he is also able to share his own personal career transition experience and information with each individual.
Craig has a Bachelor’s Degree from Bradley University in Sales and Marketing. He has completed his coursework as a Career Development Facilitator from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois, and is qualified to interpret the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Strong Interest Inventory.
He is past President of the International Metal Decorators Association where he actively serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
