During his 25+ years of business experience David has successfully managed various Human Resources functions in 6 diverse industries and has worked with exceptional organizations such as Wells Fargo Bank, Corinthian Colleges, PacifiCare Health Systems/FHP and Public Storage. In addition, David brings years of hands on experience with career management firms like OI Partners/The Maguire Group, Executive Career Services and Right Management Group. He is experienced in coaching others through career transitions, job changes, performance issues, conflict with others, downturns, and related morale issues. With excellent interpersonal skills, a true team player, strategic business partner, leader and a "big picture" thinker, David provides exceptional customer service and client management skills to both individual and corporate clients.
David is an active member of OCEMA (Orange County Employment Managers Association), SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), serves as “hospitality chair” for PIHRA (Professionals in Human Resources Association), and is an executive board member with the Orange County Toastmasters Chapter – Challengers 734.
David attended Cal-State University Long Beach where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources. He also attended Cal-State University San Diego where he studied Business Administration and music. He holds a Masters Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University where he graduated with honors and was recently inducted into the Delta Mu Delta Business Honor society.
