Jason Wheeler has over twelve years of successful business development and sales leadership experience. Jason has owned his own business and has served in Leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies, consulting firms and small business.

Most recently, Jason held the position of Vice President with Aurico Reports, Inc, a Human Capital Consulting firm. At Aurico he built an Organizational Development / Assessment division from the ground floor. He assisted clients with their selection, development and succession planning process through strategic planning and customized procedures.

Jason’s professional experience encompasses work within Fortune 500 organizations and small business. He has held positions with Humana, Inc, Qwest Communications and his own firm Creating an Asset, LLC. His expertise offers the Human Resource professional and business owner a unique perspective on Organizational Development and strategic business planning.

Jason has been a guest speaker at the Illinois State Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) conference and various local Chicago SHRM chapter meetings. He serves as Vice President of the Human Resources Association of Greater Oak Brook and is a member of SHRM and the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC).

Jason is certified to conduct team building and development workshops and is a certified competency model architect. He is formally educated in business marketing and management.
