Kathleen has been working in healthcare in various positions for the past nine years. Her expertise includes project management, counseling and human resources. She has experience in staffing, screening, selecting and recommending individuals for positions that match their interest and abilities.

In one of her most recent employment projects, Kathleen was instrumental in staffing the newly opened Heart Unit at Staten Island University Hospital. This entailed staffing 150 management, professional and technical positions.

Kathleen is experienced in counseling individuals and groups. She is skilled in developing and presenting workshops to various groups. Kathy has the ability to empathize and motivate individuals to maximize their full potential while achieving their objectives. Her expertise is in assessing their skills and abilities and matching them with their long-range goals.

Kathy has coordinated various programs, which focused on employees balancing work and family life. Her experience also includes training individuals on career development and effective interviewing skills. Kathleen received her Masters Degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey and her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from West Virginia University, West Virginia.
