In one of her most recent employment projects, Kathleen was instrumental in staffing the newly opened Heart Unit at Staten Island University Hospital. This entailed staffing 150 management, professional and technical positions.

Her experience also includes training individuals on career development and effective interviewing skills. Kathleen received her Masters Degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey and her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from West Virginia University, West Virginia.
