Bob Lautner joins First Transitions with 30 years of experience implementing Retail Technology solutions for Sears, Ace Hardware and IBM. Bob has been in various management roles throughout his career, where his primary focus has been on providing meaningful technology based solutions for end users, while guiding the people in his organization to help them achieve their career goals and to perform at their highest skill level.

Bob has been responsible for managing several large projects, customer accounts and has had experience with conducting corporate training programs, facilitating employee workshops, presenting seminars and implementing business processes for groups with diverse skill levels.

Bob has played a significant role in the development and implementation of various customer satisfaction programs and councils throughout his career and has represented management and associates alike on various employee appeal boards.

Bob carries a Bachelors degree from Southern Illinois University with a secondary education Teacher's Certificate. He is past President of Louisville Archaeological Society and is currently serving as Vice President of the Community Park District Board of Commissioner in La Grange, Illinois.

Bob has been quoted and written articles in several Retail Technology Trade publications and has been a frequent speaker in past industry conferences.
