Candy Gellineau has over twenty-five years of corporate experience. She has worked for Fortune companies such as Xerox, Federal Express, and GE. After her experience with GE, Candy began her own B2B business, serving many of the same corporations with which she had worked throughout her professional career. After six years of nationwide success, her family no longer wanted to endure her increased absence. Consequently, Candy joined Drake Beam Morin Management Consulting Firm as Vice President in Sales. Eighteen months later, she teamed with the consulting side of the business as Managing Director, where she managed the administrative team, and consultants. In addition to managing the team of 20 consultants, she coached a client load of executives from companies like IBM, Motorola, Sears, ComEd, BP, GE, Waste Management, McDonalds and many others. Candy also designed and facilitated entrepreneurial, active retirement and search skill workshops for clients.

After leaving Thompson/DBM, Candy became a part of First Transitions. She continues to coach executives who are making career moves and starting their own businesses.

With a degree in Psychology and a certified graduate of CoachU, she is a member and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of International Coach Federation (ICF), a board member of the Association of Career Professionals International (ACPI), and regional leader for the Christian Coaches Network (CCN).
